Ingredients
3 (16oz) packages frozen corn
11oz cream cheese, cubed
1/4 cup butter, cubes
3 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons sugar
6 slices American cheese singles
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Mix well.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours. Stir occasionally.
- Alternatively cook with a cast-iron in oven at 250 for 2 hours. Stir occasionally.

1/4 cup all-purpose flour (optional)
1 cup milk
3 eggs
1 pinch salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon white sugar
12 thick sliced bread
Directions
- Measure flour into a large mixing bowl. Slowly whisk in the milk. Whisk in the salt, eggs, cinnamon, vanilla extract and sugar until smooth.
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat.
- Soak bread slices in mixture until saturated. Cook bread on medium heat until each side until golden brown. Serve hot.

Ingredients
14 ounces artichoke hearts (canned, drained and finely chopped)
10 ounces frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained)
1 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
12 ounces sourdough (each, or French Bread Bowl)
Directions
- In a bowl, combine artichoke hearts, spinach, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Stir until well-distributed.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake in a 350 F oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through and top is lightly browned. Serve immediately.
