Ingredients
1 Box Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
2 Cups Milk
1 Stick Butter
1 lbs Shredded Chicken
1 Bag (12oz) Frozen Vegetable Mix
2 Cans (14oz) Canned Diced Potatoes
1 Can (10.5oz) Cream of Chicken Soup
1 1/2 Cups Chicken Stock
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- In a 9×13 casserole pan, add melted butter, chicken, potatoes (drained) and frozen vegetables.
- Mix biscuit and seasoning packs with milk. Pour over chicken and vegetables. DO NOT STIR.
- Mix cream of chicken soup and chicken stock. Pour over biscuit batter. DO NOT STIR
- Bake uncovered for 45-60 minutes. Edges should be golden and the center will have some liquid.
- Rest 10-15 minutes before serving.
