REALLY cheesy corn. The best thing to serve at a party.

Ingredients

  • 3 (16oz) packages frozen corn

  • 11oz cream cheese, cubed

  • 1/4 cup butter, cubes

  • 3 tablespoons water

  • 2 tablespoons milk

  • 2 tablespoons sugar

  • 6 slices American cheese singles

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Mix well.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4 hours. Stir occasionally.
  • Alternatively cook with a cast-iron in oven at 250 for 2 hours. Stir occasionally.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (optional)

  • 1 cup milk

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 tablespoon white sugar

  • 12 thick sliced bread

Directions

  • Measure flour into a large mixing bowl. Slowly whisk in the milk. Whisk in the salt, eggs, cinnamon, vanilla extract and sugar until smooth.
  • Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat.
  • Soak bread slices in mixture until saturated. Cook bread on medium heat until each side until golden brown. Serve hot.

Cheesy spinach and artichoke dip is a favorite restaurant appetizer you can make at home easily in 30 minutes! Creamy, cheesy, and loaded with flavor, it’s sure to be a crowd pleaser.

Ingredients

  • 14 ounces artichoke hearts (canned, drained and finely chopped)

  • 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained)

  • 1 cup parmesan cheese (grated)

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 12 ounces sourdough (each, or French Bread Bowl)

Directions

  • In a bowl, combine artichoke hearts, spinach, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Stir until well-distributed.
  • Transfer to a baking dish and bake in a 350 F oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through and top is lightly browned. Serve immediately.
