Ingredients

  • 1 Box Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix

  • 2 Cups Milk

  • 1 Stick Butter

  • 1 lbs Shredded Chicken

  • 1 Bag (12oz) Frozen Vegetable Mix

  • 2 Cans (14oz) Canned Diced Potatoes

  • 1 Can (10.5oz) Cream of Chicken Soup

  • 1 1/2 Cups Chicken Stock

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  • In a 9×13 casserole pan, add melted butter, chicken, potatoes (drained) and frozen vegetables.
  • Mix biscuit and seasoning packs with milk. Pour over chicken and vegetables. DO NOT STIR.
  • Mix cream of chicken soup and chicken stock. Pour over biscuit batter. DO NOT STIR
  • Bake uncovered for 45-60 minutes. Edges should be golden and the center will have some liquid.
  • Rest 10-15 minutes before serving.
